This is contained in a letter sent to the house by the governor on Wednesday.
In the letter signed by Secretary to the State Government, Prof. Julius Ihonvbere, and read by the Speaker, Victor Edoroh, the governor explained that the letter was to prepare the minds of the lawmakers ahead of the budget presentation.
“I write to inform you that I will be presenting the 2016 proposed budget estimate to the house on Monday, Dec. 14,’’ the governor said.
The speaker urged the members to prepare to receive the budget.
