Benefits of Water on the Skin and others


 Water is one of the most important substances on earth. All plants and animals must have water to survive. If there was no water there would be no life on earth. Apart from drinking it to survive, people have many other uses for water.

Explained below are some of the benefit of water:


Drinking 8-10 glasses of water a day naturally hydrates your tissues, keeps your skin soft and elastic and helps keep collagen production at normal levels. Think of it as an internal moisturizer.

For every mug of coffee, tea or soda you drink, have an additional glass of water.
