Rob Spence lost one of his eye when he was only 9-years old as a result of a shooting accident.

Decades later, he had the bright idea of replacing the eye with a camera instead.
The Canadian film-maker who now calls himself Eyeborg – said the eye-cam allows him to conduct interviews without the intrusion or distraction of bulky cameras or film crews.

Low turnout and late arrival of electoral materials characterised the local government elections, as electorates and party agents blamed neglect and ill-treatment on some alleged quarters on Saturday.

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has been crowned as African Player of the Year at the 2015 Glo-CAF awards.

The Gabon international and Borussia Dortmund player saw off competition from Ivory Coast’s Yaya Toure and Ghana’s Andre Ayew to lift the award at an event in Abuja, Nigeria on Thursday night.
