Super Eagles Qualify For Group Stage Of 2018 World Cup Qualifiers






Super Eagles this evening at the Adokiye Amiesimaka Stadium Port Harcourt defeated Swaziland two goals to nil to qualify for the group stage of the 2018 World cup qualifiers.

The second leg world cup qualifier between Super Eagles and Swaziland was very entertaining in the first half but both teams failed to convert goal scoring opportunities.

In the 52nd minute of the second half Moses Simon converted a sublime free kick to record Nigeria’s opening goal.

Efe Ambrose on 88 minutes scored a second goal to seal victory for Nigeria Swaziland was later reduced to ten players as Phumlani Dlamini was sent off when he was shown a second yellow card.

In the first leg Nigeria and Swaziland played a goalless draw.
