Roseline Ebhoramen reports that the swearing-in ceremony, which held at the NYSC Orientation Camp in Okada, the administrative headquarters of Ovia North East Local Government Area was declared open by the Chief of Staff to Edo State Government, Barrister Patrick Obayagbon, who represented the State Governor, Comrade Adams Oshiomhole.
